Wish Our CEO a Happy Birthday!

Four fun facts about our Chief Executive Officer, Marisa C. Williams:

  1. She was born on August 21.
  2. She has worked at HEARTH for 11 months.
  3. She loves fundraising for IMPACT!
  4. She loves making HEARTH feel like a HOME for our families.

Help celebrate her birthday this year by donating a minimum of $21 so she can further her passion for creating opportunities for women and children at HEARTH.

You can join the celebration too! We’re excited to announce the launch of our peer-to-peer fundraising platform. Click here to create your own fundraising page for HEARTH.

It’s back-to-school season again, and it’s always a busy time of year for our moms!

Help make it a bit easier for them with getting everyone out the door and on time for school or work by donating breakfast items and healthy snacks from our Amazon Wish List.

These items have been picked to be quick, nutritious, and tasty. With your help, we can keep our 24/7 accessible food pantry stocked and our families energized. To host your own food collection, contact Megan Lang at mrlang@hearth-bp.org.

HEARTH Stories of Change

We’ve been providing housing for moms in need for over 26 years. Here we’ll share the stories of women who have found success and security at HEARTH.

“When my time ends at HEARTH, I see myself finally getting a permanent place for my son and me, and I can see myself furthering my education and making a name for myself. I intend on getting my license and looking for better job opportunities to help me reach my financial goals. I finally see a future I’ve never thought possible.
I went from wanting to end my life to wanting to live forever. From having barely anything to believing I had everything from just meeting people who made me realize that life is worth living.”
