More Than Housing
We offer transitional housing and comprehensive support services designed to help families heal, grow, and build lasting independence.
Every family’s journey looks different. That’s why our programs are designed to meet moms and children where they are—with safety, compassion, and practical support.
Housing
Safe, affordable housing is the foundation of everything we do.
At HEARTH, families live in furnished, private apartments within a secure building where stability can take root. Families may remain in our transitional housing program for up to two years — providing the time, safety, and support needed to rebuild and move forward with confidence. For the safety and privacy of our residents, our building location is kept confidential and is equipped with secure entry systems and video surveillance.
Childcare & Youth Programming
Access to safe, reliable childcare is essential for parents working toward employment, education, and long-term stability.
Through partnerships, families have access to trusted off-site childcare in a nurturing, structured environment. For school-aged children, HEARTH offers a trauma-informed afterschool program three days a week, providing academic support and enrichment activities.
Everyday Essentials Support
We take the guesswork out of where your basic needs come from.
Families in our program benefit from our Free Store stocked with household essentials, and 24/7 access to a food pantry and clothing closet, stocked with items for both moms and children.
Case Management & Onsite Therapy
Monday Night Program
Our Monday Night Program brings the HEARTH community together for skill-building, learning, and connection.
Moms participate in workshops, financial wellness classes, and self-care nights, while children enjoy supervised childcare and engaging activities.
